Ann Marie Tipton

OVILLA, TEXAS - Ann Marie Tipton, 99, passed away May 30, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.

Ann was born Nov. 25, 1916, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Martin and Theresa Mutch Rosnosky.

She lived most of her life in Youngstown until she moved to Ovilla to live with her daughter and son-in-law.

Ann attended St. Joseph Grade School and was a graduate of East High School. For many years, she was employed by the S.S. Kresge Company in Liberty Township.

Ann met and married the love of her life, Harold L. Tipton, July 20, 1940. In later years, she and her husband enjoyed greatly being parishioners of St. Edward Parish, where they had many friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Patty Tipton Rarick and son-in-law Ken; grandchildren, Robert Rarick, Jeff Rarick (Dayna), Kathryn Uminski (John), and Brian Rarick; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Bailey, Megan, and Jack; and by her loving niece, Karen Cannon Willshaw.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband; a brother Martin Rosnosky; and sisters Susan Tracey, Katherine Helfrich, and Mary Cannon.

Calling hours and funeral services took place in Texas. Interment will take place Tuesday, June 7, at 1 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.
