This is my first experience of taking care of everything that needs do to bury a loved one. It was difficult times for me. I was so glad that Tom and Ed of Kinnick Funeral Home appeared in my time of need. Their kindness, patience, experience and expertise so amazing.
They always took that extra moment to answer questions and gently communicate what needed to be done. They helped me with the wording of my brother Kenny's memorial, constructing it better than could have ever worded. When I look through the posting of my brother Kenny's photo from an old photo album - which was expertly perfected by Ed - and read the words which stand next to his photo forever and ever, I am deeply moved that the very best that could have been done for my brother, was done.
Tom and Ed work tirelessly to daily provide a service that we rarely even think about. Kinnick Funeral Home provides burial packages that allow a dignified burial for people that have financial constraints, like me. If there was ever a time that I wished I had a lot more money, it was to bury my brother. Thank you so much.

My family and I do not have words to thank you and your staff for the care and support during this great time of grief. My mom's (Barbara Sikora) wishes were carried out seamlessly, from the mass at St. Stan's, to the ceremony at Calvary Cemetery. The streaming of my mom's funeral during this challenging time , meant so much to my daughter, Kristina and her husband, Christopher- who live in Canada. We were together, as a family, to mourn our loss, and celebrate Mom's life- just in a different way. Kinnick Funereal home is forever in our hearts.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for doing such an outstanding job in walking me through all the steps and emotions of planning my Mother’s funeral celebration out-of-state. The urn and services could not have been more beautiful!! I especially liked the wonderful online obituary Ed wrote, and the tribute wall on your site to share happy memories and pictures of times we spent together as a family. The prayer cards were received in time the morning of the funeral mass. Thank you for overnighting them. Many commented on how beautiful the urn you designed for us was. Tom & Ed: Our family wish to thank you for the hard work, attention to detail, caring, kindness, and professionalism throughout the process of laying our mother, Matilda Girardi, to her final rest. We’re especially grateful for coordinating the transportation from Los Angeles to Ohio. It all went smoothly and harmoniously. This sad time was made much more bearable because of your efforts. Our sincere gratitude for the excellent care provided for my mother, Lillian's, funeral. By encouraging us to pre-plan her funeral ahead of time, things were far less hectic. It would have been extremely difficult and upsetting to make crucial decisions right after her death.

Also, thank you for coordinating the church, clergy, and recommending the restaurant that provided the delicious luncheon, and for having a most gracious obituary written about her.

Wow, from the first contact made with Kinnick Funeral Home and throughout the planning process, the Kinnick Family treated the Inskeep extended family LIKE family. There was never a moment that I felt we were treated like another business obligation.
