Katherine,Victor Jr,Joe and Kathy I wish to extend my condolences to all of you on the loss of your husband and father. I have great memories of him as a neighbor while growing up on West Heights. I can still see him in his garden behind the garage or playing with the dogs. One of my last memories of him was how emotional he was over the passing of my Dad,he said he felt like he lost a brother. May God Bless all of you and comfort you during this sad time.
