Timothy A. Mazzella

GIRARD - Timothy Allen Mazzella, 73, passed away peacefully, Thursday afternoon, January 5, 2023, surrounded by his family.

Timothy was born November 27, 1949, in Youngstown, a son of the late Marty Mazzella and Dorabelle DellaPenna Mazzella, and was a lifelong area resident.

He was a 1967 graduate of Girard High School and owned and operated the Napa Auto Parts Store in Girard until 1983. Tim then accepted a position with American Sunroof Corporation, which he held until 1991, and later began working at Carlton Harley Davidson until he retired. 

Tim was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast and spent most of his time building and showing off his many cars and motorcycles.

He leaves to forever cherish his memory his wife of 51 years, Linda Maderitz Mazzella, whom he married November 23, 1971; his three sons, Charlie (Erin) Mazzella, M.J. (Jacklyn) Mazzella and Brian (Mindy) Mazzella; ten grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Nichol, Ryan, Zach, Dillion, Zoee, Niko, Jax and Gia; seven great-grandchildren; a niece, Tami, and many extended family members and friends.

Tim will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Three brothers, Marty, John and Tom, preceded Tim in death.

Per Tim’s request there will be no calling hours.

Private services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Girard.
