Stan, we are still in awe of not being able to call you. Thanksgiving and all the holidays and life events will be treasured, as you never missed a one of them with your Mom's side of the family. Like so many others, we only wished that after you passed we could have been invited to our family home to have ONE cherished or promised keepsake. As our mother was your Mom's twin sister & also grew up in that house. We lost so much.

Only knew Stan for a year through St. Stan's Kitchen. He was the best cutter they had. Stan would make sure there was Sun-Maid Raisin Bread for me. He would keep us up-to-date on his little girl 'Baby'. Stan will be missed --- RIP

How "Very Stan" to be offering some of his time at a church kitchen. He was a generous man very engaged with other people. I knew Stan through our shared passion for building Railroad Models. I don't ever remember seeing Stan without a smile on his face. He was great company. He left us much too soon and I want to express my condolences to his friends in Youngstown and those flung far and wide. If anyone has photos of his garden, I hope they will share them with us.

I'm shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Stan's passing, and I extend my deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Stan was a unique individual who I spent many an hour with in the garage building race cars. May he rest in peace.

Stan was glad to have to know you and your knowledge of anything model railroad, and railroad history was fantastic! Also I learned a lot about Packard cars, and oldies music! I had not seen in many years, a backyard garden anywhere in the Tri State area as extensive and as well tended as yours! Baby the dog must be lost! Make some great perogies up there for the Angels! Mike R.

Stan, glad to have known you as a friend, and your knowledge and skill as a model railroader and historian were excellent! Also as far as Packards, and oldies music I sure learned a lot! I saw no backyard garden in the whole Tri State area that was as extensive and well tended as yours was! Poor Baby the dog must be lost! Make a few perogies up there with the angels! Mike R.
