YOUNGSTOWN - Daniel W. Wagner, 66, of the city’s west side, passed away Thursday morning, Nov. 8, 2018, at his home of natural causes.
Daniel was born Jan. 21, 1952, in Warren, a son of the late James Arthur Wagner and Maude Florence Callahan Wagner, and was raised in Leavittsburg.
He worked for 37 years for Republic / LTV Steel, and for WCI, retiring in 2008.
Mr. Wagner was a follower of Jimmy Swaggert Ministries on the Sunlight Broadcasting Network.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen Menendez Wagner, whom he married April 4, 1991; three sons, Caleb Wagner (Torri Rogenski) of Austintown, Drew (Samantha) Menendez of Vienna, and Daniel Keaton of Steubenville; two daughters, Dawn Keaton of Steubenville and Hannah (Thomas David) Ortiz of Girard; grandchildren, Lainey, Dante, Drew, Leo, Olivia, Nikaya, Ethan, Sophia, Madison, and Illeana; a great-grandson, Kyzar; a stepdaughter, Geri Wagner and her family; two brothers, James (Garnet) Wagner and Denny (Eva) Wagner; three sisters, Donna (Bud) Irons, Betty Anderson, and Phyllis Harvey; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, and from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 16, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown, where funeral services will take place at 1:30 p.m.
Interment will follow the services at the funeral home, and will be at Brunstetter Cemetery in Austintown.
