POLAND — William John Davies, 81, went to be with his Lord on Oct. 9, 2025, just a few hours before his 82nd birthday.
Bill, as he was affectionately known, was born Oct. 10, 1943, in Boardman, to the late Sydney and Gwendolyn May Davies. He was a 1961 graduate of Boardman High School and a lifelong resident of the Boardman area.

Heather was a sweet, fun-loving and special girl and loved by not only her family, but by everyone who knew her. Bill provided care for Heather and ensured that she was able to graduate from Boardman High School. Heather joined her Lord in January 2024.
Bill was known by all as a kind, soft-spoken and personable man. He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes. For several years prior to his passing, Bill resided at Shepherd of the Valley.
