BOARDMAN - William C. Allison, 36, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday evening, July 25, 2026, working in his garden, something he truly loved.
Will was born Aug. 29, 1989, in Youngstown, a son of William and Laurie Snovak Allison, and was a lifelong area resident.
He was a 2008 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and continued his education at Youngstown State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2014. Will later attended Lorain County Community College, earning an associate degree in nursing in 2017.
Will worked as a clinical manager for Southwoods Health at Home for the past four years, where his compassion, kindness and dedication made him an exceptional nurse and caregiver.
Will had a wide variety of interests and talents. He enjoyed ballroom dancing, studying the German language, traveling, playing the piano, gardening, cooking, knitting blankets and cardigan sweaters, and listening to and learning about classical music and its history.
He will always be remembered for his warm smile and remarkable ability to make others smile. Whether through his sense of humor, his kindness or his caring nature, Will had a gift for brightening the lives of everyone around him.
Will leaves to forever cherish his memory his husband, Eddie Sanchez Rodriguez, whom he married Feb. 4, 2023; his father and stepmother, Bill and Dawn Allison of Youngstown; and many extended family members and dear friends, including Nicole Nosal, Crystal Beca and Erin Lavin, who were like sisters to him.
