Obituary

AUSTINTOWN – Stephanie Verdream, 60, passed away early Wednesday evening, Dec. 30, 2015, at Hospice House, following a lengthy illness.

Stephanie was born March 7, 1955, in Youngstown, a daughter of James and Margaret Nalepa Verdream, and was a 1973 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School.

She had attended Youngstown State University and worked as a payroll specialist for Hill, Barth, & King in Canfield for 10 years.

Stephanie was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Austintown, and she enjoyed reading. She loved animals and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.

Stephanie leaves her mother Margaret Verdream, with whom she shared her home; a brother, James (Janet) Verdream of Austintown; and nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, Angela (Mike) Cardelein, and their children, Allison and Emily; Steven (Rachel) Turek, and their children, Sabrina, Caleb, and Erica; and James Verdream and Janell Verdream.

Her father, James, and a sister, Kathleen Verdream, preceded her in death.

Family and friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 2, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Norquest Boulevard, where a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown.
