CHARDON - Sandra L. "Sandy" Milligan, 54, passed away early Saturday evening, July 8, 2017, at Chardon Health Care.

Sandy was born Aug. 22, 1962, in Steubenville, a daughter of the late Russell and Betty Marker Barkley, and had lived most of her life in Warren.

She was a member of the First Church of God on Parkman Road in Warren, where she was a member of the Praise Team. She liked taking her seeing eye dogs on walks, and she enjoyed the time she spent with her family.

Sandy leaves two daughters, Jessica Milligan of Austintown and Aleesha Milligan of Champion; a son, Brandon Milligan of Champion; a sister, Donna (Gary) Zook of Meadville, Pa.; and two brothers, Dave (Laura) Barkley and Mark Barkley, both of Meadville.

Besides her parents, an infant brother, Daryl, is deceased.

Family and friends may gather at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 16, at First Church of God, 1951 Parkman Rd. NW, Warren, for a memorial service celebrating Sandy's life. All are welcome to stay for a fellowship luncheon that will follow services at the church.
