AUSTINTOWN - Sandra Jean Leonard, 65, passed away early Tuesday morning, Oct. 5, 2021, at Continuing Healthcare in Mineral Ridge.

Sandra was born Jan. 14, 1956, in Youngstown, and was a daughter of Edward Leonard and Mildred Keys Potkonicky.

She was a graduate of Western Reserve High School, and later became an STNA.

Sandra enjoyed flea markets and garage sales.

She leaves her mother, Mildred of Austintown; her father, Edward of Beloit; two sisters, Susan Leonard of Youngstown and Shelby Leonard of Jacksonville, Fla.; and three nephews.

Her husband, Edward Follmeyer; and a brother, Edward Leonard Jr., are deceased.

There were no calling hours or public services. Committal will be at Green Haven Memorial Gardens in Austintown.

Arrangements were entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
