WARREN - Sandra L. Haines, 66, passed away Friday morning, Nov. 9, 2018, at Armstrong Memory Care in Warren following a lengthy illness.

Sandra was born Feb. 20, 1952, in Clarion, Pa., a daughter of the late Zeke and Barbara Johnson Kuhns, and she came to this area in the 1970s.

Sandra was a 1970 graduate of Kittanning High School in Pennsylvania. She worked at Forge Industries for 25 years, retiring in 2011.

She had many interests, including keeping fit by walking and working out. She loved the outdoors and travel, and good fashion was always on her mind. Sandra loved to ride motorcycles with her husband, Glen, and her favorite time of year was Thanksgiving. She also thoroughly enjoyed the time she spent with her family.

Sandra leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Glen Haines, whom she married July 12, 2003; a daughter, Dena (Randy) Salamon of Brunswick; a son, Chad (Tiffany) Coleman of Girard; and six grandchildren, Taylor, Dillon, Ella, Chloe, Capri, and Owen.

Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 222 S. State St., Girard. Family and friends may also call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, Nov, 16, at the funeral home, where funeral services will follow at 11 a.m.

Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Pennsylvania.
