YOUNGSTOWN — Samuel Bell Jr., 64, formerly of East High Avenue, passed away Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026.
Samuel was born Feb. 20, 1962, in Brooklyn, New York, a son of the late Samuel Bell Sr. and Migheon Walker, and came to the Youngstown area as a child.
He was a graduate of East High School, proudly served in the US Navy, and worked in the steel industry, as well as various other jobs throughout his life.
