GIRARD — Robert Price, 89, passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, July 3, 2025, in the comfort of his home.

Robert was born Oct. 20, 1935, in Conneaut, a son of the late Howard and Katherine Lower Price, and lived in the area most of his life.

He was a 1953 graduate of Girard High School and earned his bachelor's degree from Geneva College, later earning a master's degree from Westminster College.

Robert worked as a math teacher and football coach for many years before retiring. He was a member of St. Rose Church.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Carol Norton Price; two sons, Robert (Laura) Price Jr. and Ronald (Jill) Price; four grandchildren, Julia, Hendrix, Makenzie and Matthew; and his brother, Richard (Mary) Price.

Per Robert's request, there are no calling hours or services.

His family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Akeso Hospice for their kindness and compassionate care during Robert's final days.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Girard.
