Obituary
GILPIN TOWNSHIP, PA - Rita M. Dukish Zidian, 69, formerly of Youngstown, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at her home.
Rita was born Feb. 17, 1948, in Youngstown, a daughter of Ann Tomaskovic Gergel and the late Michael Dukish.
She was a 1966 graduate of Chaney High School, and earned a Bachelor's Degree from Youngstown State University.
Rita enjoyed watching Jeopardy! on television, and caring for her plants and animals.
Rita is survived by her mother, Ann Gergel of Youngstown, and a brother, Robert Dukish of Canfield.
Rita's husband, Ronald Zidian, passed away in 2016. Besides her husband and father, a daughter, Michelle Cronin, and a brother, Michael Dukish Jr., are deceased.
Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 14, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd. in Youngstown, where a memorial service will follow at noon.
Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.
