YOUNGSTOWN – Paul F. Marquette, 48, passed away peacefully early Thursday afternoon, July 12, 2018, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Paul was born Jan. 16, 1970, in Youngstown, a son of the late Paul J. and Patricia J. Popio Marquette, and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Marquette was a 1989 graduate of Chaney High School and he worked as a cook at Davidson's Restaurant and for the Saxon Club, both in Austintown. He also worked as a landscaper.

Paul was a member of St. Christine Church in Youngstown. He enjoyed camping, watching football and baseball, and being with his family and friends.

He leaves his son, P.J. Marquette of Austintown; a granddaughter, Brooklynn; a sister, Barbara (Richard) Scarazzo of Youngstown; a brother, Michael (JoAnn) Marquette of Youngstown; a niece, Sarah Scarazzo; two nephews, Ricky Scarazzo and Mikey Marquette; and his two canine companions, Jasper and Buster, whom he loved dearly.

Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 North Meridian Road in Youngstown, where funeral services will take place at 6:30 p.m.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, where Paul will be laid to rest next to his mom.
