YOUNGSTOWN - Nora Cavucci, 80, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, September 17, 2024, at Hospice House, with her loving family by her side.

Nora was born on February 20, 1944, in Hubbard, Ohio, the daughter of the late Dale and Lucille Stanton Hahn. She grew up in Hubbard before moving to Youngstown after her marriage in 1965. A proud graduate of Ursuline High School, Class of 1962, Nora dedicated her life to raising her family while also working outside the home at Sears and Ames Department Stores.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Nora's greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She was a longtime member of St. Christine Church, where her faith provided strength and comfort throughout her life.

Nora is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Robert P. Cavucci, whom she married on October 2, 1965. She also leaves behind her three children, Laura (Kurt) Kollar of Stow, Robert D. (Kim) Cavucci of Youngstown, and Michele (Nick) Economous of Canfield, along with five cherished grandchildren: Joe (Ann Marie) Kollar, Nick Kollar, Brooke Kollar, Samantha Economous, and A.J. Economous.

Private services were held for Nora, honoring her life and the love she shared with her family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
