YOUNGSTOWN - Michael Hryb, 79, passed away just before midnight Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2019, at Briarfield Manor in Austintown.

Michael was born Sept. 13, 1939, in Youngstown, a son of the late George and Kathryn Terlesky Hryb, and he lived his life in this area.

He was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Youngstown.

Michael leaves a brother, Jerry Hryb of Youngstown; a sister, Irene O'Hara of Youngstown; and several nieces and nephews.

Two sisters, Mary Mae Hryb and Ann Pawlyschyn, and two brothers, James Hryb and Eugene Hryb, are deceased.

Family and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 9, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown, where funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Interment will follow the funeral home services, and will be at Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery in Youngstown.
