YOUNGSTOWN - Melissa A. Sayers, 55, passed away on Sunday evening, July 7, 2024, at Oasis Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.

Melissa was born on March 10, 1969, in Youngstown, the daughter of Floyd Coudriet and Jennie Graziano Peek, and was a lifelong area resident.

Melissa enjoyed cooking, but most of all, she cherished being a mom and treasured the time she spent with her family.

Melissa is survived by her two daughters, Cara Mayhew of Lancaster, OH, and Krysta Sayers of Youngstown; her mother, Jennie Peek of Youngstown; her boyfriend, Dan Paris of Youngstown; four siblings, Josh Coudriet, Judy Coudriet, Billy Peek, and Delbert Peek; and many extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Coudriet, and her husband, Joseph Sayers.

There are no calling hours or services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
