CAMPBELL - Maria Perez Roman, 80, passed away Friday evening, April 19, 2024, at Briarfield Manor.

Maria was born September 27, 1943, in Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Jorge Perez and Maria Roman and came to the United States and specifically Campbell more than 50 years ago.

In her younger days, Maria worked as a bartender before dedicating her life to raising and caring for her family.

She enjoyed collecting dolls and spending time with her family and friends.

Maria is survived by her four children, Felix (Colleen) DelValle, with whom she made her home; Michael DelValle of Clear Lake, California., Dennis D. DelValle of Clear Lake, California., and Angel David DelValle; several grandchildren, including Michael D., Brooke E., Dalton and Darrion M.; many great grandchildren; three brothers, Carlos Perez, Jorge Perez, and Angel David Perez; two sisters, Theresa and Jorgina and many extended family members.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial service at 6 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2024, at Kinnick Funeral Home 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown.
