Margaret Robsel

GIRARD — Margaret “Marge” Robsel, 100, formerly of Gordon Street, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, April 28, 2026, at Liberty Health Care Center, following a long and fulfilling life.

Marge was born Aug. 16, 1925, in Jamison, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Thomas and Frances (Krall) Fumich, and came to the area as a child.

She worked at the former Ohio Leather Company for eight years and was a member of St. Rose Church.

Margaret is survived by her son, Richard (Martha) Robsel of Girard; her daughter, Patricia (John) Reapsummer; her grandsons, Daniel and Brock Robsel of Girard; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Margaret married Gilbert J. Robsel on July 31, 1948, in St. Anthony Church in Sharon, Pennsylvania. He passed away March 21, 2003. Besides her parents and husband, Margaret was preceded in death by her sister, Anna Bedich; her brother, Thomas Fumich Jr.; and her brother-in-law, George Bedich Sr.

Margaret’s family would like to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude for the care given to their mother at Liberty Health Care Center, and to Drs. John Delliquadri and Jessica Kellar.

Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2026, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 222 S. State St., Girard.

Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the funeral home and continue with a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Rose Church, 48 E. Main St., Girard.

Interment will follow at Girard Liberty Union Cemetery, where Margaret will be laid to rest beside her husband.
