AUSTINTOWN - Margaret A. Myers, 85, passed away peacefully, Saturday afternoon, March 29, 2025, at Victoria House.

Margaret was born February 7, 1940, in Girard, a daughter of the late William Toth and Elizabeth Toth Toth, and was a lifelong Mahoning valley resident.

She was a proud graduate of the Girard High School Class of 1958. Margaret dedicated much of her life to raising and caring for her beloved family. Later in life, she worked for Infocision and at St. Anne Church and School, where she was a valued member of the St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic community.

Margaret found joy in life's simple pleasures. She had a creative spirit, enjoying drawing in her free time, and loved challenging herself with sudoku and word search puzzles. At Victoria House, she remained active and engaged, participating in group puzzles and activities that brought her both joy and companionship.

She is survived by her five children, Margaret (Michael) Poinski of Austintown, Dr. Roberta Parker of Fayetteville, GA, Dorothy (Robert) Scacchetti of Austintown, Karrie Reynolds of Pittsburgh and Stephen Myers of Youngstown; four step-children, John (Allyse) Myers of Columbus, Mary Jo (Jim) Francis of Austintown, Joseph Myers of Youngstown, Stacy (Michael) Bice of Wyoming, MN; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who affectionately called her G.G. and many extended family members.

Six siblings, William Toth, Elizabeth Szugye, Catherine Kercher, Francis Toth, John Toth and Rosie Wilkinson; a grandson and her former husbands, Donald Parker and John Myers preceded Margaret in death.

Family and friends may gather to pay respects from 11 a.m. to noon on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown, where a memorial service will take place at noon.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.

In lieu of flowers, Margaret's family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Special Olympics, the Alzheimer Network or to the American Heart Association in Margaret's memory.
