YOUNGSTOWN – Kasey S. Kelly, 39, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes in her sleep, Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, at her home.

Kasey was born Feb. 12, 1977, in Warren, the daughter of Donald and Sarah Colburn Kelly, and was raised in Southington.

Kasey was a 1995 graduate of Southington Chalker High School and later attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Culinary Arts, graduating as a chef.

She greatly enjoyed reading, music, cooking, and had a special love for animals. Kasey also truly enjoyed spending time with her family.

Kasey leaves her mother, Sarah Kelly of Niles; a brother, Travis (Christina) Kelly of Girard; a niece, Celeste Macklin; and a nephew, Tyler Kelly.

Her father, Donald Kelly, preceded Kasey in death.

Family and friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 222 S. State St., Girard, where a funeral service will take place at 2:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, Kasey's family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County, 812 Youngstown-Kingsville Rd., Vienna, OH 44473.
