HILLIARD - James M. "Jim" Krajcik, 78, passed away Monday afternoon, Feb. 11, 2019, at Austintown Health Care after a brief illness.

Jim was born June 26, 1940, in Wooster, a son of the late Milan and Anna Maude Krajcik. He came to this area recently to be near his daughter after he became ill.

Mr. Krajcik proudly served in the U.S. Navy after graduating from high school, and worked for the Record Courier in Ravenna, and for the Treasure Chest Company in Columbus.

Jim leaves his daughter, Kimberly Kolb of Newton Falls; a sister, Pat Cherella; and two brothers, Don and Bob Krajcik.

A son, Michael Krajcik, and a sister, Judy Goodman, are deceased.

There are no calling hours. A committal service with military honors will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.

Arrangements were entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown.
