AUSTINTOWN - Heidi L. Wiederman Niec, 45, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 24, 2021, at her home.

Heidi was born Oct. 26, 1975, in Youngstown, a daughter of James and Carolyn Sulka Wiederman, and lived in the Youngstown area for most of her life.

Heidi graduated from Boardman High School, went to cosmetology school, and worked at Casal's for 20 years.

She loved watching baseball, especially games involving the Red Sox or Atlanta Braves. She also enjoyed reading and the time she spent with her family.

She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Boardman.

Heidi leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Aston James Hover and Starling Gray Hover, both at home; her parents, James and Carolyn Wiederman of Struthers; a sister, Jennifer Wiederman of Rotterdam, the Netherlands; and a niece, Selena Snippe, also of Rotterdam.

Family and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Boardman, where a Memorial Mass will follow at 11 a.m., with Rev. Ryan Furlong, officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
