Donald M. Tul

BOARDMAN – Donald M. Tul, 89, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at Austintown Healthcare Center.

Donald was born Nov. 26, 1936, in Youngstown, a son of the late Michael and Natalie Terihay Tul, and was a lifelong area resident.

He was a graduate of South High School and worked at Youngstown Sheet and Tube for 28 years, retiring when the mill closed.

Donald proudly served in the United States Army from 1960 to 1962.

He is survived by his two sons, Donald Tul of Florida and Damon Tul of Boardman; and two grandchildren.

His wife of 38 years, Elaine Perankovich, whom he married March 25, 1978, died April 25, 2016. Donald was also preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Tul.

Per Donald’s request, there will be no calling hours or services.

Arrangements are entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
