AUSTINTOWN – Christy L. Wilush, 40, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, Dec. 4, 2015, at her home.

Christy was born Jan. 10, 1975, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph Sr. and Peggy Unger Lesniewski, and was a lifelong area resident.

She was a 1993 graduate of Boardman High School, and became a stay-at-home mom who devoted her life to raising and caring for her family.

Mrs. Wilush enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, watching football and baseball, and she loved attending and watching her sons' football and baseball  games, and her daughter cheerleading.

Christy leaves her husband Jeff R. Wilush, whom she married May 11, 2001; three children, Austin J. Wilush, Troy C. Wilush, and Tiffany M. Wilush, all at home; her parents, Joe and Peggy Lesniewski of Poland; her brother, Joseph Lesniewski Jr. of Poland; her mother-in-law, Elaine Wilush of Austintown; nieces and nephews, Justine, Cameron, and Kenzie Lesniewski; several aunts and uncles, and many extended family members and friends.

Christy will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 10, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown.

Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Dec. 11, at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Austintown.
