Obituary

AUSTINTOWN - Bradley A. Huffman, 70, passed away late Tuesday evening, Feb. 6 2018, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Bradley was born Sept. 8, 1947, in Youngstown, a son of the late Robert and Sarah Suzanne Miller Huffman, and was raised in Poland, and was a lifelong area resident and a Poland Bulldogs fan.

Brad had been cared for by RaeArc since 1998. He attended the Carousel Center Day Care Program, and at times attended the Meshel MASCO Workshop in Boardman.

He was a diehard fan of the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns. He enjoyed bowling, was a participant in the Special Olympics, enjoyed taking photographs, and he loved going on his special trips to Disney World in Orlando, Fla., to see Mickey Mouse. Brad had a kind heart and a zest for life, and with his vibrant personality, he "lit up the room."

Brad is survived by his sister, Kay Parsons; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, including niece, Chris Sedlack, who was very close to him; and many friends, including his housemates, Leonard and Dwayne.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert "Bob" Huffman, and a sister, Arlene Martof.

Family and friends may call from noon to 1:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, in Youngstown, where funeral services will take place at 1:30 p.m.

Interment will follow at Belmont Park Cemetery in Liberty Township.
