NILES - Beverly Ann Haynie, 85, a beloved mother, cherished grandmother, and devoted great-grandmother, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Sheila's Haven in Beloit, surrounded by the love of her daughters.
Beverly was born December 10, 1939, in Warren, a daughter of the late Wilbert and Thelma (Body) Druschel, Beverly grew up with a strong foundation of faith and family, which remained the center of her life.
She was a longtime, devoted member of Niles First Church of the Nazarene, where she volunteered for numerous committees and projects, sharing her faith and spirit of service. Beverly also worked as an administrative assistant for the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio, retiring in 2000. She further extended her dedication to others by volunteering at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, always finding ways to serve with kindness.
Beverly enjoyed reading and baking and was a creative and skilled seamstress. She enjoyed making thoughtful, handmade items for family and friends. Her warmth and kindness made her home a welcoming place where family gathered and memories were made. She had a special way of making every grandchild feel uniquely cherished and adored, and she never missed a chance to support them.
Beverly will be dearly missed by her three daughters, Nancy (Doug) Mullen of Salem, Deanna (Paul) Juillerat of Niles and Joyce (Kerry) Hafner of Bucyrus, Kansas; her seven grandchildren, Christina (Tim) Herron, Melissa (Ritchey) Beagle, Nathan (Thomas) Mullen, Abbey (Terry) Boggs, Jordan Juillerat, Courtney Hafner and Jared Hafner; her great-grandsons, Andrew Bulford, Ryan Bulford and Kalvin Pickering; her sister, Lois (William) Stavana of Cortland and several extended family members.
Her husband of 42 years, John "Jack" Haynie, whom she married December 14, 1957, passed away May 12, 2000. Beverly was also preceded in death by her sisters, brothers and their spouses, Wilbert Druschel Jr., Doris (Joe) Day, June (Leo) Peigowski, Helen (Robert) Peffer, and Dwight (Stephanie) Druschel.
Family and friends may gather to pay respects from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Niles First Church of the Nazarene, 1822 Niles-Vienna Rd., Niles where a funeral service will be held at 5 p.m.
Private committal services will be held at Crown Hill Burial Park where Beverly will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
