HUBBARD - Audrey E. Sawaska, 70, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, Feb. 12, 2019, at her home.

Audrey was born Aug. 22, 1948, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late James and Kathryn Griffiths, and was a lifelong area resident.

Audrey worked many jobs throughout her life. Most recently, she was employed at Infocision in Austintown.

She greatly enjoyed her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Audrey was a very loving woman with a kind and compassionate spirit. She tried to help anyone that needed help in any way possible, if she could. Audrey will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Bill (Carly) Sawaska of Hubbard, Ashley Santisi of Hubbard, Danny of South Carolina, and Tracy of DuBois, Pa.; her very best friend, Cookie Bratton of Hubbard; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul Griffiths; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. A daughter, Katie Sawaska, and three brothers, Jim, Chuck, and Wayne Griffiths, preceded Audrey in death.

Family and friends are invited to attended a small celebration of life dinner which will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, at Hubbard Church of the Nazarene, 1815 Cherry Lane, Hubbard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home, 222 S. State St., Girard.
