LIBERTY TOWNSHIP - Ann Ferkula Yanoski, 96, passed away early Friday afternoon, Oct. 27, 2017, at her home.
Ann was born March 3, 1921, in Campbell, a daughter of the late Jacob and Barbara Ferkula, and was a lifelong area resident.
She was a wife, mother, and homemaker who also worked outside the home as a repair operator at Packard Electric in Warren for 25 years, retiring in 1976.
Ann was a big fan of the Cleveland Indians, and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and bingo, and she truly enjoyed being with her family.
Mrs. Yanoski leaves her daughter, Marlene Bulford, with whom she made her home; two grandsons, Robert and Brian Palumbo; and four great-granddaughters, Kristin, Kelsey, and Sierra Palumbo, and Olivia Pike Luke; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Ann's husband, James Yanoski, whom she married in 1961, passed away in 1989. Besides her husband, Ann was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Ann Naples, Josephine King, and Katherine Laczo; and three brothers, John, Steve, and George Ferkula.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 31, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown, where funeral services will follow at 6 p.m.
Ann will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, next to her husband.
