GIRARD - Alan M. Lipscomb, 29, passed away in a tragic traffic accident on Saturday, June 26, 2021, in Kittanning, Pa.

Alan was born Aug. 2, 1991, in Morgantown, W.Va., the son of Debbie Lipscomb Bartlett, and came to this area a year ago.

He was a graduate of Waynesburg Central Greene High School in Pennsylvania and worked many different jobs throughout his life.

He loved being outdoors and enjoyed many outdoor activities, including fishing and camping.

Alan was a member of Girard First Christian Church.

Alan leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Debbie (Ray) Bartlett of Girard; his twin sister, Tara Lynn Stump of Florida; his grandparents, Roger Sr. (Sis) Lipscomb of Dayton and Jack Phillips of Mt. Morris; two uncles, Roger Jr. (Heather) Lipscomb  of Vermillion and David (Carol) Lipscomb of Girard; his niece, Emma; a step-sister, Emma Jo; many cousins, including Eric, Emily, and Sean; and many extended family members.

His grandmother, Patricia Phillips, preceded Alan in death.

Family and friends may gather for a celebration of life service which will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, at First Christian Church, 140 E. Broadway Ave., Girard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Girard.
