GIRARD – Agnes "Gin" Constantino, 96, passed away Friday evening, Nov. 25, 2016, at ValleyCare Northside Medical Center in Youngstown, after a long and fulfilling life.

Agnes was born April 19, 1920, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late John and Barbara Evanko, and was a lifelong area resident.

She worked for many years at General Electric.

Mrs. Constantino was a member of St. Rose Church in Girard.

Gin greatly enjoyed gambling and playing bingo, and she especially enjoyed her dog, Andre.

Her husband, Nicholas P. Constantino, whom she married in 1938 passed away Sept. 8, 1968.

Agnes leaves two granddaughters, Tami (Mark) Channell of Florida and Cari Constantino-Tetlow of Canfield; a grandson, Nick (Lisa) Constantino Jr. of Twinsburg; five great-granddaughters; and two great-great-grandsons.

Besides her husband, two sons, Nicholas Constantino Sr., and Raymond Constantino, preceded Agnes in death.

Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today, Sunday, Nov. 27, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 222 S. State St., Girard.

Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, at the funeral home and continue with a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Rose Church, 48 E. Main Street, Girard.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, where Agnes will be laid to rest next to her husband.
