CANFIELD - Ada Asdell Moff Miller, 88, passed away peacefully, Saturday morning, June 4, 2016, at her home.

Ada was born April 19, 1928, in Poland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ralph and Phoebe Danforth Asdell, and was a lifelong area resident.

A graduate of Canfield High School, she worked for the Boardman Local Schools for 20 years, and was an active member of Boardman Baptist Church.

Mrs. Miller's greatest love in life was being with and taking care of people, especially babies.

She is survived by her husband, Alfred Miller, whom she married June 18, 1983; two children, Scott (Kelley) Moff of Westerville and Laura (Ed) Goist of Boardman; and seven grandchildren, Andrew, Samuel, Gabriel, and Rachel Moff, and Mindy, Dan, and Robin Goist.

The last of ten children, Ada was preceded in death by two brothers and seven sisters, as well as by her first husband, Willis Moff.

Family and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, at Boardman Baptist Church, 1207 Shields Road, Boardman, where a memorial service will follow at 11 a.m.

Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Boardman Baptist Church Building Fund, or to the charity of the donor's choice, in Ada's name.
