William Pazel Obituary

MELBOURNE, FLA. - William “Bill” Pazel, 75, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 13, 2018, with his wife and family by his side.

Born in Youngstown, a son of the late Stephen Sr. and Irene Ewolhin Pazel, Bill graduated from East High School in 1961. He moved to Miami, Florida with his wife Gloria in 1969 and retired in Melbourne.

A dedicated BellSouth Technician for 33 years. Bill was active in the BellSouth/AT&T Pioneer Community Service Groups for Florida and National Organization(s).

A loving husband of 48 years, Bill and his wife, Gloria enjoyed traveling around the world. Bill had a passion for cars and was a skilled deep-sea fisherman. He was also known for having a “green thumb” and successfully growing flourishing gardens.

Bill is survived by his wife, Gloria of Melbourne; three sisters, JoAnn (Earl) Smith of Youngstown, Shirley (Paul) Pesa of Coconut Creek, Fla., and Margie Pazel of Arizona; three brothers, Frank (Beverly) Pazel, George (Colleen) Pazel, and Stephen (Loretta) Pazel, all of Youngstown; a brother-in-law, Stephen (Nancy) Redoway of Melbourne; many nieces and nephews: and many friends.

Mr. Pazel was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Jr.

A Celebration of Life service was held in Florida.
