Harvey Family,
I do apologize for not being able to pay my respects in person, however, it would be difficult to get there on time with work. Mr. Harvey was a special individual, one whose presence the world is worse off without. Mr. Harvey was a constant presence throughout my Scouting Career, & moreso during our time of need when my mother passed. I a genuinely regretted the news of his passing.
