YOUNGSTOWN - James C. “Jimmy” Conglose, 33, passed away early Friday morning, Feb. 8, 2019.
James was born Jan. 14, 1986, in Youngstown, a son of Carmen S. Jr. and Mary Frances Fowler Conglose, and lived his life in this area.
He was a graduate of Life Skills and worked as a construction inspector in Youngstown for Technical Resource Consultants.
A Christian by faith, Jimmy enjoyed reading his bible daily, and was enrolled in Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, taking classes in theology.
He enjoyed sports, and was an avid basketball fan. He especially liked the North Carolina Tarheels and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and anyone who knew Jimmy knew about his passion for collecting basketball shoes.
He also loved animals, especially his dog, Niko, and his cat, Uno, but above all he truly loved the time he spent with his children.
Jimmy was a member of St. Brendan Church in Youngstown.
He is survived by his parents, Carmen and Mary Frances of Struthers; two children, Hallie Grace Conglose and Judah James Conglose, both of Spring Hill, Tenn.; the mother of his children, Stephanie Osborne of Spring Hill; his sister, Caitlin (Brian) Fee of Boardman; two brothers, David Vasvari of Poland and Vincent (Elizabeth) Conglose of Austintown; a niece, Bella; and two nephews, Vinny and Dean.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 14, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown.
Funeral services will begin at 9:15 a.m., Friday, Feb. 15, at the funeral home, and will continue at 10 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. Brendan Church, 2800 Oakwood Ave., Youngstown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jimmy’s family to help support his children.
