McDONALD - Anthony E. Warino, 67, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday morning, Aug. 14, 2019, at his home.
Anthony was born Nov. 26, 1951, in Youngstown, and was the son of the late Nicholas L. Sr. and Elizabeth J. Yankovich Warino. Tony was raised in Niles and lived in this area all of his life.
He was a 1970 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and worked for General Motors at the Lordstown Plant in various capacities for 42 years, retiring in 2011.
Tony enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and he will always be remembered as a loving family man.
He was a member of St. Rose Church in Girard.
Mr. Warino leaves his beloved wife, Frances “Fran” Graygo Warino, whom he married Aug. 24, 1991; his daughter, Laurie Marie Warino at home; three siblings, including a brother, Nicholas L. Warino Jr. of Boardman; many extended family members; and many friends.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, Aug. 19, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown.
Family and friends may also call from 10 to 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 20, at St. Rose Church on Main Street in Girard, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow the church services, and will be at St. John The Baptist Cemetery on Villa Marie Road in Coitsville.
