She was a 1941 graduate of The Rayen School and later worked at Packard Electric, retiring in 1976.

Mrs. DePietro was a member of St. Rose Church in Girard, and of the Girard Senior Citizens.

Mary Lou loved to travel, crochet, play bocce, golf, and bowl, and participated in various golf and bowling leagues throughout the area. Most of all, she loved her family.

Mary Lou will always be remembered for her caring and generous heart as she would always bring a meal to friends and family who were sick.

Mrs. DePietro leaves to cherish her memory a son, Anthony R. (Madeline) DePietro Jr. of Canfield; a daughter, Cynthia (Eddie) Dean of Canfield; four grandchildren, Noël (Mark) Duer of Milford, Mich., Rebecca (Mark) Williams of Poland, Natalie Dean of Youngstown, and Chelsea (Shaun) Hall of Austintown; and two great grandchildren, Ashton and Aleeya Williams.

Besides her husband, two brothers, Steve and John Mamrick, and three sisters, Rose Harris, Ann Capello and Kitty Yantol, preceded Mary Lou in death.
