Betty enjoyed cooking, baking, spending time with her family, and vacationing at the beach with her grandchildren.

Betty’s husband of 50 years, John C. Loveland, whom she married Sept. 28, 1966, passed away Dec. 7, 2016.

She leaves three children, John C. Jr. (Sandi) Loveland of Austintown, Diane E. (Patrick Jr.) Williams of Austintown, and James P. (Mindy) Loveland of Poland, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, James P. Loveland Jr., Brandon Loveland, Patrick Williams III, Nicholas Loveland, Alexis Loveland, Jordyn Loveland, Courtney Siddens, Heather Johnson, Dominica Acevedo, Alyiah Acevedo, and Gabby Acevedo; five great-grandchildren, Lilly, Ava, Jacob, Mia, and Harper; and a brother, George Emerick of Youngstown.

Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, March 23, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m.

Entombment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Austintown, where Betty will be laid to rest next to her husband.

Mrs. Loveland’s family offers thanks to Ohio Living Hospice for the kindness shown and care given during Betty’s illness; and special thanks to Betty’s lifelong friends, Mary Jane Kuntz, Linda Kubic, and Pat Stirk, who were always willing to lend a helping hand.
