AUSTINTOWN - Carl B. Lamm, 55, passed away Wednesday evening, April 11, 2018, after suffering a heart attack.
Carl, who was known to all as “Chipper,” was born June 20, 1962, in Newark, New Jersey, a son of John “Jack” and Cheryl Alderman Lamm, and came to Girard as child, where he was raised.
He was a 1980 graduate of Girard High School, and served in the U.S. Army.
Carl was a kitchen and bath designer by trade, and currently worked for ProSource.
One of Carl’s greatest joys was becoming a dad and a grandpa when he married Karen on Dec. 12, 2010. He enjoyed golfing, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Lamm was a member of Girard First United Methodist Church.
Carl leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Karen MacLochlan Busch Lamm; three children, Brittany (Ray) Busch of Canfield, Jason Busch of Canfield, and Emily Busch of Austintown; two grandchildren, Kylah and Jordan; his mother, Cheryl Lamm of Girard; a brother, John (Kim) Lamm of Girard; and a sister, Robin (Dan) Centofanti of Hartford.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Lamm.
Family and friends may gather from 4 to 5 p.m., Sunday, April 15, at Girard First United Methodist Church, 22 N. Market St., Girard, where a memorial service will follow at 5 p.m.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown.
