To the Gilpin and Groves families,

I want to send my condolences to you. Having lost a daughter myself, I know the pain that you're feeling.

Dear family. Please accept my sincere condolences. The painful sting of death can be overwhelming, especially when it takes someone so young and full of life! Please know that God is "near to the brokenhearted and those crushed in spirit" (Psalms 34:18-19) Soon Jehovah God, the God of all comfort will provide you permanent comfort when "All those in the memorial tombs(God's memory) will hear his voice and come out to a ...resurrection of life!"(John 5:28-29) You can see your loved on again! Please watch the comforting 1 min video "Is There Hope for the Dead" at JW.ORG

Alan was a wonderful and caring man, scott and I met him a couple years ago at our 4th of july party and he was so full of life he told us about his son and he would go on and on. We saw Alan alot over the years whether it was a quick hello or to hangout and watch tv being around him always made us laugh! Alan stopped by our house not to long ago just to say hi and ask how I was feeling he was like that always thinking of others. We will miss him dearly and we hope he is finally at peace. Rest easy my friend.....
